Where is our FORM 15-12G Mike?
You think you can just ABANDON the company JUST LIKE THAT, and leave us with no filings for two/three years, without a FORM 15-12G, and as "Delinquent SEC filer", at the complete MERCY of the SEC, who can make abusive use of its powers just because YOU didn't do your ***FIDUCIARY DUTY*** of filing that FORM 15-12G for us?
Reddit and Wallstreetbets also need PROTECTION from SEC abuse?
