Cancel it altogether imo. No one is going to buy with a looming RS. He expected a pop from PR, removal of stop sign, attorney letter, and going pink current, nothing happened from any of these factors that should have been positive catalysts. Nothing but major downturns.... that says a lot about investor confidence and sentiment now. Company is not trusted and investors have lost faith. They need to resolve this big time.
