It’s a registration process, that’s it. It is not a license to export. It is not a certification. You fill out a form, pay the fee and you get an ITAR registration number....and at the moment it only costs $500 for a limited time...which is probably why he decided to do it now....lol.

Dennis is simply playing pretend. He has a pretend business based on a technology he has NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SELL since he started a decade ago.

DPLS is simply riding the wave of irrational exuberance engulfing the OTC at the moment. There is no fundamental value to Darkpulse. There never has been.

And when the bubble pops on this and many other tickers it is going to create quite a few bag holders in the process.
