If the new owners of the company to be wanted a reverse split, it would have to be announced and then voted on by the shareholders.

Any activity for a possible new company to reverse merger and take over FBEC would set the stock price skyrocketing before any stock reverse split. If any of these were to happen.

All is my opinion...
