It definitely does sound like a REVERSE MERGER. If you read Tiltons tweet from a day ago he does say VirtuaBroker now owns 50% OR SO. That will benefit us. There will then be a name change.(which was mentioned) Lets not forget the major Wall Street Banker. (Doesnt get any better than that). So for all the naysayers out there who love talking about the past failures. If VirtuaBroker acquired NSAV as a Shell that is fantastic. Either way this is great for us shareholders. Tilton sure seems like he knows what he is doing. He also said they (NSAV and VirtuaBroker) already have other acquisitions in the works. Even better. Also it cant hurt to put a sell in at .50. If or when it gets to .30 you can always cancel it. My sell is already in. GLTA
