O/S may be 32 billion smaller than posted in OTCMarkets.com. This 32 billion OS share reduction disclosure came out as "News" after their last quarterly report - https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BANI/disclosure

It's also noted in their last quarterly report - "On September 26, 2014, inexchange for 128,000 Series B Preferred shares of the Company, Derrick Holmes returned 32,000,000,000 restricted Common shares to the treasury of the Company." https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/129658/content
