My take is Ed is just waiting himself. The timing is likely out of his hands now. My belief is it is just a matter of time. I believe he has delivered everything to the auditors he was supposed to and he is just waiting for them to finalize it.

The same with Apple TV/IOS, and Samsung. I think they have done what they needed to and now it gets turned on when Apple and Samsung turn it on. Just a matter of time. Nobody but the auditors, Apple and Samsung know when that will be.

Could be today, tomorrow, Monday, next week ( I personally doubt much longer than that).
But when it does, that is when I would expect a very official PR. I hope he has several people proof read the PR before it goes public.
