As I said I would, I reached out for Doug M and Jake , this time Doug was kind enough to respond back (Jake did last time) from the latest inquiry about the CE. This was in regards to the SEC , suspending symbols lately and for sure ones that have the CE already on it. I had already told them I use ETRADE, so they do not honor trades on CE Symbols (sells only) , with other brokers following that now with the latest AMC and Gamestop issues that have been in the news.

So here you go, sharing as some of the folks have been here for quite awhile like myself out of respect , (ie) Florida, H and H, JP Getty, Big Rig etc.

As far as the talking about doing items with the OTC , sooner is better for all concerned. It is a mute point for me , though as I use E Trade as a Broker as do millions of others . They (ETRADE) do not honor as of a few months ago , any trades other than sells on CE Symbol Stocks.

I know you folks do not probably follow a lot of what is going on with OTC stocks and news that comes out. The Recent Moves done by some large Groups on Symbols for GameStop , AMC and one other , has put the spotlight even further on any stock that is not actually current or up to date on reporting . One OTC Stock this week COUV, was suspended
and had been trading at .7 -.8 , with millions of shares daily . It now carries a CE SYMBOL and the people that were in it , have their accounts frozen and a possibility of losing most , if not all of their investments. Please see the link below on a message from the Board , it came direct from the SEC in an article today.

Really quite the shame as the CBD world really is taking steps forward and will continue to do so with this New Administration in the U.S.. Many out here thought that the WSHE side of filings,
disclosures and so forth could have moved forward in 2020 finally , yet to be determined now for 2021 .

COUV was trading at .7 -.8 in the last days and BOOM suspended, and
now all the folks are wondering what happened to their money .
It is carrying a CE Symbol now and did not trade at all today .

Michael – Thank you for your message. I can assure you the Board of Directors is aware of the circumstances related to US brokerage firms such as ETrade suspending acceptance of CE branded companies. In furtherance of this I can advise the removal of the CE is of the highest importance to the Management and Board and Jake and his team are in the process of dealing with OTC requirements to facilitate changes. I believe that Jake in his recent issued social media reports has advised of our efforts in getting this done and I will leave additional comments to come from Jake.



I know the ongoing comment “we are working on it” sounds hollow but I can assure you WSHE is in the process and moving with legal, financial and administrative assistance to get this done as quickly as we can.



Thank you for your best wishes I appreciate it especially when we are experiencing a winter freeze up here in Northern Alberta average overnight temp for the past week has been in the -33 Celsius range with 30 mph winds (-31 Fahrenheit).

Thanks for the Prompt response and indicated earlier, Jakes continued updates are appreciated by all concerned. The CE while addressed in the Past, due to the New US SEC regulations being
put into force , with people seeing tickers/symbols in the last two weeks being suspended has many on edge. Hence the CE is now really a sign to go look elsewhere , so with the positive
move on the US (new) Administration in the CBD World of Products being on a positive note ahead, the supporters of WSHE know that it has the data points and Mgt Skill level to catch
attention very quickly in the OTC Investor sides.

Good luck , stay warm after living in the ChicagoLand Area for several years in my career, I am indeed glad to have been back now for some time in Northern CA on the West Coast.
