No, it is not incorrect. It's free speech. Lying on stock message boards is AOK, unfortunately. You can cite as many rules as you want, but as I said, he did nothing more than hundreds of posters do every single day. If they're going to charge him, they should go after every single poster who posted lies here, and there are many.
