I think he truly believed that. Unless he and Mark were in cahoots, he should not be punished. From all accounts, he was a serious investor and believer in ARYC and must still hold many millions of shares. What he did was post on an IHub message board and that is not a crime, even if you lie. There are plenty of lies posted on this board by others, and those people should face similar charges if they're going to punish Jason. And "spoofing" is done all day, every day by those who are trying to manipulate the share price.
