Here endeth one of the saddest weeks in IP history. Not only did the trial not start- as has been announced 3 times now-as we reach midFeb, but the CEO never bothered to explain the delay.
This sort of failure to communicate is typical of Mr Ehrlich and is deplorable.

What a screwup.
