Wait what? 2 billion dollar market cap? For a plan?

Seems overvalued even if the plant were already built and cranking out profits

Anyone who has any experience with OTC stocks knows there is about a .01% chance that plan will actually be executed

But hey maybe this time will be different

The penny stock market is a device for transferring money from the inexperienced to the experienced
