Perhaps they will start filing again, soon. It's hard to see the Gansu provincial government giving up on their big international expansion plans. lol.

But this time they will have to pay dividends otherwise they don't have a chance of winning the hearts of investors. And they should be dam well aware of it too.

One day we will know what they are planning to do. Let's keep digging around. There should be clear signs somewhere.
