Relief is placing the blame SOLEY at the feet of NRX for the MASSIVE devaluation of their (RELIEF) company caused by abysmal PR (over a BILLION AND COUNTING) not to mention the hundreds of millions shareholders lost! Was there no verbiage in their binding legal corporate partnership agreement that dealt with PR releases , how and when they are to be done, and what approvals need to be given prior?
