So they wrote the RS would make the merger official hopefully by end of first quarter... why would that be? Did they make a deal with another party to implement RS? Is that what is going on here? And now they have to negotiate? Just brainstorming and trying to understand why it is so difficult to cancel RS and issue shares another way. This decision has negatively shocked the price while preventing more investment regardless of positive catalysts. Awful decision. Glad to know they are working on addressing it and finding a better solution for TDS and shareholders.
