You did not misunderstand. You misread and restated what I posted absolutely WRONG.

That is exactly why I ended that post with....

I did not say there ARE TRILLIONS of shares, I said taking in the effects of the shareholder crushing REVERSE SPLITS and the MASSIVE NON STOP insane dilution, that MMEX has effectively created TRILLIONS OF SHARES. And they have.

... And YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET.
I can guarantee you one thing will happen with MMEX going forward if MMEX does not get shut down.
There will be many new convertible notes filed soon.
They will be converted into BILLIONS of new shares.
MMEX will do another Reverse Split if not multiple Reverse Splits.
MMEX will build nothing of merit.


In terms you may understand.

If MMEX decided tommorrow to do another Reverse Split of their 19 BILLION shares at a 1,000,000,000 : 1 shares and then the OS was shown as a mere 19,000,000 shares , would you think....
"Golly Gee, MMEX has only created 19 million shares, what a legit penny stock!"
