The little Big $RELI Short;

This time last week my partner took 5 ml of Valium because G couldn't believe that what I'd theorized had actually happened.

Someone had fed investors the line that if they bought $RELI up as high as they could get it Bozo would refile a FINRA reverse split, re-start an effective S1 amendment with new numbers, cancel a firm commitment underwriting with a boutique underwriter and delay a NASDAQ filing.

Four days prior we prepared our favorite market makers with the bet.

Even they thought we were a little bonkers. By Thursday last we knew we were right. volume exploded and our desks were in on the bet with both hands and they had several friends on other desks take the other side of the juicy buys.

By the time we got half way through Monday's session three market makers had turned into six. Then there was this weird halt for a couple of hours while market maker #1 had to explain to its compliance office WTF was going on. Once the compliance @ #1 got the gist of it they let the monster little big short $RELI trade continue.

Guys walked straight into the meat grinder. Two of the desks wanted to let the Ask float up higher, but that would have required more leverage and it was already too late in the day to hypothecate US Treasuries housed @ Merrill.
