That was my belief also. I just never saw an Opinion Letter state that a company was not a Shell Company so overtly. I just wondered if that was one avenue that OTCMarkets could use to remove the Shell Risk Moniker.

Wonder if Stephen Mills (Attorney) and/or his buddies are a recent purchaser of $IBGR stock after he reviewed the company.
