Proofs of Claim then Status check. Action will be after Status check IMO. That is when DL may pay TA back fees to get this TA verified and on to reporting with SEC and/or OTC. Also, once he knows if any shares need to be registered floating out after PoC or SC from previous execs.

If flippers did not sell and held as I told them to (to treat this as 2021 position play) we would be at over $3 right now. We will need to wait longer not to get to that level (near or after Status Check IMO) once buying picks back up.
