Tony V bailed before the trouble and formed Valdesa, now this. Good businessman, should have followed. The split was after the South America drugs/DMT thing. Lost their way and thought they had it made as the early entrant to the CBD space. He can use the extraction process because it was their shared IP. Magnolia was Big and used the IP too, is now Big for others. Stupidity is the only reason this failed. Trust from shareholders / friends was crushed. Allowing China CBD imports was the killer.
