1 share APHA = .838 shares TLRY

Currently TLRY is trading about 2x the price of APHA. That is why TLRY is being shorted to death. Go back to 12/31/20, the ratio was .838 .

When (IF) the merger closes APHA shareholders will get .838 shares of TLRY for each share they own.
