Fiat and DD, in a discussion with one of the reps at Lowtrade over trading with unsettled funds, he told me that the SEC was cracking down on the practice. It is almost like trading on margin without the cost and the brokerage is on the hook if something goes wrong. Lowtrades was giving immediate credit for sales untill about December of 05 then suddenly stopped which created our discussion.
