No payment to Treasury required

And it is decided that the GOV - TREASURY will provide 100% backup to FNMA paper until FNMA has X dollars of capital reserve

NO SPO !!!!

So what would price be with 1B shares ? 40 50 60 70 ?

Take 20% of those numbers - say 10-14 dollars -
