As for Bozo the Billionaire? An early part of the NDA holders narrative that was untrue upon first utterance. Bozo is clearly not a billionaire or in fact even in a high tax bracket. Why buy a used shell for $250k? Billionaire’s don’t do such things. If one has a great private business why go public at all? The only reasons to go public are; to sell stock and to raise money. Bozo knew over a year prior to buying EOMN that the real estate he had a minority stake in was never ever going to allow the mortgages to be assumed by a public company - especially a non reporting pink. By delisting the EOMN shell Bozo was able to put out lots of RE pump press and knew he would never close any of it. But (redacted) told ( redacted ) that he sold lots of pumped up stock through the second cousins ex wife’s Persian cats account. That’s why it wasn’t reversed split back at the start.

Bozo isn’t dumb, he’s a bad actor.
