IMHO, the broader public interest would be better served by investigating the manipulation of PMs in the paper futures "markets" and the actual backing of PM ETFs. That would be part of the same manipulation that the CFTC was able to find when Gensler was there and which JPM recently admitted and paid an almost Billion Dollar penalty!
