Institutional activity on TOVC...

The link below indicates that at least 15% of the last rolling months activity on TOVC has been institutional..Over the last 30 days, there were roughly 1.2 million shares of TOVC traded which means the institutional portion of that is at a minimum approaching the 200,000 share level for the 30 day period....
