My opinion there are 2 things that may be happening.
1-There could be a chance of coming off Greys.
2-With the increased trading on the OTC, people may be looking at tickers with low SS and buying. (Even the expert market)

At any rate I was glad to get out 80% of my holdings today. Been holding since 2011 at ..0004 and got out today at .0055. Not bad for a grey/expert market.
