Agreed with the quote below, especially a RS of this magnitude (1:15) on a 24 million OS and the timing was horrible too.

I will say, almost any solution is better than the RS as currently proposed.

There will be no liquidity in the market without a major dilution. I don't believe they can start diluting before the RM is consummated (correct me if I'm wrong).

I hope they've started grasping the seriousness of the situation including the market constraint they will be encountering, the existing shareholders' discontent and the effects on new potential investors. Many new investors may just shy away from this ticker when it comes to their knowledge of this massive RS.
