Exactly, it is brutal to see shit companies (good description) surge while a great company like CBDD lags. CBDD does not want an image/reputation for lagging, so they must work double time to get the audit done and buy back shares.

As you said, they cannot get overconfident and take their time to get these things done, especially considering a one year old company like OMID is already getting them done.
