unfortunately the saga continues , randall sold prhl to AOTS-42 and never intends to distribute the stock he received for the deal as he has a 10:1 say on the bod.for all practical purposes prhl is dead as far as i can see.I just emailed the SEC and will share some ideas with them as to how to recover monies for investors . I do believe now the big interest starts as he is in DEFAULT of his treasury payment for the SEC and also his payment to repay investors . 10 million dollars to repay at I believe 10% interest and its not bankruptable ,,,,,SUCKS TO BE HIM RIGHT ABOUT NOW hope he got his moneys worth spending our investment???
