Funds dont invest in things like this at 2 cents when its a quarter penny unless they know the value. A fund does research, employs people to do DD. Follow their lead they spent money on it. The bashers here are just that, mindless bashers. Its got a good chance of 5 - 7 cents or a fund wouldnt invest. Not really rocket science.
