Claiming an acquisition is on the table when it is not documented at all...

The registration of 44M shares will cause a significant dilution when authorized which will occur sooner rather than later as the company has no cash.

400k gets the company about 6 months of operations, which means further dilution will be necessary.

This is basically a shell company that is desperate for cash and will be for the foreseeable future.
