Accumulate all you can as this IMO will have an awesome run. Worst case scenario is we don't get the financing for the other Star Buds. I am stated worst case which IMO will happen. But let's say it doesn't happen we can easily now cookie cutter anything we buy based on the Star Buds we already have. These stores are 5 star same as management.

Hoping a few flips come through as my goal is now 100K as 50 is history.

PS I said worst case and in no way do I believe we do not close. I always do worst case/best case and then the risk/reward and this one is thy best by a country mile based on future results in this sector. Of course IMO.
