A reverse merger could easily send this to 5 dollars plus. The float is small and is likely locked up by us because it is so small.

Just no way to know when the RM or sale of the shell happens. Could be tomorrow, or next month, or 6 months? No way to know. Arcaro's passing could be slowing things down as well, but then again, maybe whoever inherited it is looking for a quick way to monetize it and move on?

On twitter someone claimed to speak with Fred Baumann, the registered agent, and he said he was working with arcaro's sister who is now the owner/custodian of JADA.
