This is the quietest sub-penny play I've seen in the market right now. I think that's because it's going to explode bigger than most.

I don't often see weekly golden crosses on sub-pennies and we're only two weeks into it. Last one I saw was VDR* and 4 weeks after the cross it ran for 1k% in a single day.
