I’m wondering, “is the Ticker being bought out as a Shell a Possibility; Because, When a Large company wants to go public: It’s easier, (I’ve Heard), for a company to Buy our a dead Ticker whose lettering they like; instead of forming a New one?”

Those are the plays I like!

Could that be what this is???
