This isn't anything like a SPAC. SPAC's sell stock to raise cash, then use the cash to make an acquisition. This company sold stock a decade ago and doesn't have any of the cash left.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
