I think you can see the shorting happening every time it gets going over .012, BOOM, suddenly more shares appear and get sold into the bid!! There can only be so many people that want to sell at .012.. Most of this volume is short shares being borrowed and immediately sold on the bid to the Company or whoever is sitting on the bid!! IMO!

Also, Seems like the Company could essentially control the PPS this way by the pace in which they are buying back without killing PPS too much and not paying too high either if they can control it!!
