There is nothing that "DAMAGED" this stock. Nothing changed as for the outlook of the company potential. Hint at a reverse split, although I totally agree there is no need for, in our eyes, at this moment, with such a tiny outstanding share count, so what is the reason they are doing this? Why did the CEO take the advice he was given? Was it to scare off any prospective new shareholders and piss off old shareholders? I doubt that! It should only be for the reason of satisfying uplisting requirements. The only reason for a stock to sell off after a reverse split is announced is because everyone knows there is not enough shares left in the outstanding share count to satisfy toxic creditors to dump their convertible shares, and the company has lots of due or overdue notes to convert. We all know, that is NOT the situation here. After all the overreactors here are done selling, this will snap back higher at least between .80-$1.00 until we get more understanding on the future plans. All in my honest opinion, but we need the relentless sellers that keep reloading the ask at the same price or lower to understand this!
