Half the basis of that Reddit critique was based on the NMG subsidiary A) not being listed on SNPW's main website, and B) it being a plumbing subsidiary (National Mechanical Services) and therefore doesn't know anything about solar engineering.

I believe A to be correct, though I am unsure of SNPW's reasoning not to mention the subsidiary on the website. Maybe they just don't have much information to report on it. Is it a shell subsidiary right now for the patent/intellectual property, which is yet to be expanded (i.e., Durango project)?

I believe B to be incorrect.
