First off nobody every said this has a 8.7 billion float. Secondly anyone can call the TA or look on OTC Markets and see all 8.27 billion shares are in fact outstanding and being held at DTC. That means those 8.27 billion shares are in accounts available for trading. Those shares are valid according to both the 8k and 10q filed with the SEC
