Market makers are not allowed in caveat emptor stocks and there is no money to be made shorting this at all it is almost worth nothing already, one shorting this is more likely to lose than win so why would anyone do that?

Reverse merger and they want the controlling share count is a possibility, so is a group that is using a platform that allows purchase and sale of skull and crossbones and they are testing the ask levels to see if they can run it up and sell into confusion and hype.
Everytime I have moved my shares up on an ask price this stock has chased me higher.
