There's a lot of chatter about the "open" price post-R/S. Technically it did in fact start trading over $33 but what people aren't acknowledging on this board is that unlike OTC, the NQ actually has pre-market trading. With the offering priced at $6 it acted like a magnet collapsing the stock down in pre-market before regular trading hours.

Bad and sickening news is we should of opened $33.47 but we where all wrong. Some people will need that to break even.
