Oh I don't blame you for selling them, I'm just wondering how whoever it is that's buying them, is buying them, when SEC regulations claim they don't allow it. Those new rules surely don't just apply to average stock holders. The real question in my opinion (once again) is, Why would the SEC make a rule that allows people already holding them to sell , when no-one is supposed to be able to buy them. Apparently it still allows SOMEONE to buy them up. Now the scams are going to get even worse with this happening. It makes buying OTC stocks even more predatory when a handful of people are allowed to accumulate all of the shares up in a situation like this.
