No, Dr. DeGrado is the creator/formulator of (excuse me here, I'll appease sunspotter by using a lower case "b". Why? I don't know) brilacidin and Dr. Menon was a founder at IPIX (CTIX at the time, and henceforth removed from his position with IPIX the company). No, there is no collaboration between Dr. Grado and Dr. Menon that I know of. Hope this helps with your understanding.
