Lol can’t forget about the boat!

But it would be a little over $2 million at a dollar. After taxes it would be closer to $1 million or maybe like $1.2 million or something depending upon exactly how much in short term capital gains I would have to pay

I was gonna invest the money into some real estate investment trusts that have been steadily paying dividends every month and raising those dividends at a 4% to 6% dividend yield, so 40k to 60k in passive income per year.

Better than my crappy old job which pays 30k a year working at a graveyard. The company I work for SUCKS they are the cheapest SOBs I’ve been told several times I’m gonna get a raise and they never follow through.

They’ve put a ton more work on myself and coworkers without any additional compensation in recent months and meanwhile the fat corporate cats are getting huge bonuses and making millions a year.

If anything I’ll just live off the dividends while I finish college and then snowball my dividends with a regular 9 to 5 until I can get those dividends up to like 100k per year or something like that.

I’m only 25 by the way but if this does go to $1 dollar then I’m definitely quitting my job. At $2 we are talking more like $80k in passive income at which point I would definitely be set
