As much as I hate to admit it. Lucky dog is right about this.

It will start trading in 2 weeks on the greys.

At first it will nose dive and there will be lots of volume. Then probably rebound some. Then the volume will dry up and it will barely trade for the next couple of years.

If you want a similar stock to compare it to....look at NBDR from last year.
