MGON--Discussion points: REASONS TO INVEST AND COUNTERPOINTS TO CONSIDER

1) No Dilution. (reason to invest)

Under most circumstances, this point alone would be enough to justify an investment. Thanks to the mania running through the OTC Markets right now, not enough. (counterpoint)

2) Trend is your friend. (reason to invest)

MGON has gone up dramatically since first being alerted at .01. RSI cooled off a little today with the BS close end of day, but some would argue that the equity has gone up far and fast. (counterpoint)

3) Favorable share structure (reason to invest)

While the aforementioned reason to invest as far as a favorable share structure cannot be mitigated or argued contrarily, this point again, is not enough. (counterpoint)

4) MGON is too expensive (reason NOT to invest)

I threw one in there to illustrate this point more, for those paying attention. At .025 people were saying MGON was too expensive. Then at a nickel, they were saying it was too expensive. Then we surpassed .075 and people said no way, too expensive. Today, by all accounts, we should have closed near a dime. Is that also going to be too expensive? Let's save that discussion at the $1.00 level. Right now, consider yourself fortunate to be getting a 90% discount to the prevailing rate. (counterpoint and reason TO invest)

***ANALYSIS***

When deciding where and what to invest in, especially when FOMO is running rampant throughout the OTC markets, I would like to proffer the following points to be salaciously considered:

MGON has gone from a shell entity with no business and no revenues, to currently having three distinct businesses all of which are generating revenues, in just six months.

MGON has a virtual who's who of corporate governance in regards to business acumen, experience and savvy. These guys know how to run a company, both privately and publicly. They are responsive to inquiries and maintain a strong discipline in regards to the dissemination of sensitive corporate information pursuant to SEC/FINRA guidelines. Trust me, you want that.

The company issued a corporate update in January whereupon they stipulated that they were able to pay off the acquisition costs associated with their recent corporate mergers. This is, by its' very definition EBIDTA, positive.

EBIDTA positive is literally the step prior to profitability.

While many will launch objections for one reason or another, look at the tangibles and empirical evidence. The company has gone from zero to 180 in less than six months. They are generating enough revenues from their current businesses to pay debt. Imagine in the next quarter they attain profitability. Then we get to have some fun with math and price to earning ratios, (PE).

Maybe when MGON hits $1.00 we can talk about how expensive it is, but if you are reading this post, I would venture to say that you are already invested here, or are sitting on the fence to buy or add more. The fact that you have made it all the way down to the end of this post , speaks volume to your dedication and DD, so pat yourself on the back. Most would not have taken the time.

It is to this silent majority of like-minded investors and those that enjoy DD that I implore all to consider the real companies, of which MGON is definitely one. Other tickers will be flash in the pan and the stock du jour, that is fine. When all of the dust settles MGON will still be standing, heading to MUCH higher levels.

with the voluminous research that has been presented on this forum, one has all that one needs to make an informed investment decision.

Ask yourself, where will you be when MGON eclipses the $1.00 mark? Will you be saying that this is the stock that got away? Or, I saw this post and knew I had to get some shares. The former is a poor excuse relative to the ability one has by investing in MGON, even at these levels, to make some great money. The latter seems transcendental relative to the .077 cents MGON closed at today. When integers start moving and decimal points get outnumbered, make sure you have your tickets and a good amount of MGON stock.

Best regards,
