Not sure what's going on here but I took a look at an old watch list of penny stocks and I saw that a lot of them are rising in price similar to fpfi I thought it was just happening here. But it seems to be happening to a lot of penny stocks. I saw a phot for example went from 42 cents to 50 cents today.

Mjna went from 10 cents to 16 cents just today.
