I think you may be referring to dilution -- they aren't diluting. That's the main thing and is what has greatly allowed this meteoric rise to happen. The quickest way to kill a rally and even crush a stock is when a note holder sells into it. We've had almost no selling because the primary note holders are friendly to the company.

They do have over $2m in debt (see the balance sheet on the 10Q), but it isn't creating dilution (ie it isn't being toxic like so many on the OTC).
